FoldzA Custom Home Theater PC on the Wall
Artopz also builds custom computers based on our Minitopz and Mediatopz product concepts.
Mediatopz is a custom built, wall mounted Home Theater PC which consists of three modules which we call Pods: The PC Pod, The Switch Pod and the Media Pod. The Mediatopz home theater PC is currently ONLY build as a custom system.
The PC Pod
The Mediatopz PC Pod is the brains of the system, containing all the main computer hardware.
The Switch Pod
The Mediatopz Switch Pod is the Pod that connects not only the two other Pods but also external equipment like the TV or the cable box. The Switch Pod also contains an internal 4-port USB hub, allowing the installation of USB devices inside this Pod.
The Media Pod
The Mediatopz Media Pod is the most interesting Pod of the three in that it opens up (using a button on the back of the Pod or using your remote) to reveal a web-cam, an Ipod-dock, a Blu-ray player and a 26-in-1 media card reader.
Mediatopz is build on a commission basis only. Please contact us if you are interested in having us design and build you a Mediatopz master piece.
Mediatopz also comes in a pre-installed frame, to create a product we call Framez. Unlike the normal Mediatopz installation which does require some installation expertise the Framez comes with all the Pods pre-assembled..ready to hang on the wall (like you would hang a large painting) and hook up to your TV.
The first Mediatopz we created was the Mediatopz Eclipz, which evolves around the unique Eclipz PC Pod. We are working on a couple of new Mediatopz variants which we will launch as we get them finished.
